Do we ask enough questions and do we ask the right questions?  Whether it’s making a new purchase or working with a client we all need to know the right questions to ask.

If you have ever spent time with a 5-year-old or younger they ask all sorts of questions sometimes driving us nuts.  That’s how they learn, create ideas and imagine, as well as solve problems.

When you are working with a customer do you ask questions about how they will use the product or service? What do they need or just like? If the guy at Radio Shack had asked the right questions he might have made my cell phone life much easier.

When you work with a client do you ask them what outcomes they want; what goals they want to achieve or do you just assume you know what they need?  Reminds me of the parent who tells the child they know what’s best for them; that’s so limiting.

I encourage you to ask questions learn what your customers need and how you can provide it.  Learn new trends and ideas to better serve your clients.  Sometimes always asking why is a good thing.

One of my favorite quotes is Robert Kennedy; “some people see things and ask why others dream things and ask why not.”

My question to you is as I’m finishing my Basic Business eBook Series, what information would be helpful to you?  The titles of my 1st 5 finished books are listed on the website www.trainingsolutions-hlc.com.  If I use your suggestion in the next books I’ll send you a free eBook of your choice as a thank you.
