The consulting services provided by Harriet Cohen and her staff were exemplary. Given the difficulty of the subject matter they took time to carefully understand the dynamics of the organization by conducting focus groups and individual interviews with staff.

Harriet did an excellent job of working with a diverse group and leading them through interactive exercises to identify their vision and goals. Her delivery was engaging and enabled the group to effectively work together leading to the implementation of their objectives and goals. She provided tools to assist in team building. Prior to delivery she spent time learning the needs and desired outcomes of the group.
